Returns and exchanges

I hope you love the products that I have lovingly designed! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item and I will do my best to make things right. Please note, for all returns/refunds, shipping will be deducted from the refunded price.  For approved returns, a 10% restocking fee will apply.   If you have used Paypal for your transaction, you will be refunded your original amount less a restocking fee of 3-4.5% based on your location.  

For orders that are shipped and returned in original condition due to incorrect address entry by customer, a reshipment option will be available at customer's expense if items are still in stock.  I am currently not offering exchanges. 

If you have any other issues with your order, please contact us at hello@simplygilded.com for resolution within 30 days of purchase.  

Prepaid gift subscriptions are not eligible for refunds


Note - simply gilded reserves the right to refuse a refund, although I will try my best to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds issued are pending receipt of the item in its original unopened condition.  Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of orders and box subscription.
