Returns and exchanges

I hope you love the products that I have lovingly designed! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item and I will do my best to make things right. Please note, for all returns/refunds, shipping will be deducted from the refunded price.  For orders that are shipped and returned due to incorrect address entry by customer, refunds will be issued minus shipping cost - reshipment option is available at customer's expense.  I am currently not offering exchanges. 

If you have any other issues with your order, please contact me at hello@simplygilded.com for resolution within 30 days of purchase.  


Note - simply gilded reserves the right to refuse a refund, although I will try my best to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds issued are pending receipt of the item in its original unopened condition.  Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in the cancellation of orders and box subscription.
