The simply gilded 5mm washi subscription box add on is a monthly set of 5mm washi tapes that coordinate beautifully with the simply gilded box! Designs and colors will vary every month. It is available at an additional cost of $5.75 per month and will contain anywhere between 3 to 4 washi tapes. The washi set will be shipped with the current month's subscription box.
♥ Please note - the 5mm washi subscription add on is a MONTHLY program and will autocharge with your box every month! To cancel the add on ONLY (but keep the box), please make sure to email customer care at email@example.com to request cancellation. Any cancellation must be made by the 14th of each month to be honored same month otherwise cancellation will apply to following month.
♥ 5mm washi subscription add on cannot be purchased alone. Any orders placed for the 5mm washi subscription add on without purchase of a simply gilded box will be cancelled without notice.
♥ The 5mm washi subscription add on will be shipped with your current month's box - no additional shipping charges will apply!
♥ Step-by-step instructions on how to subscribe to this add on are below for NEW and EXISTING subscribers
If you are a new subscriber to the simply gilded box and wish to add the 5mm washi subscription, simply add both the subscription box AND the 5mm washi subscription box add to your cart and check out. Please remember to ONLY add these items to your cart during checkout (no regular shop items can be in the cart otherwise this will affect the shipment processing time of your order)
You must subscribe to the simply gilded box to be eligible for the add on. Thank you for understanding!
1. After logging into your shop account, access the subscription box -> subscription items menu tab
2. Add both the subscription box AND the 5mm washi subscription box add on products to cart
3. Go to your cart and resume checkout as normal. **make sure only these 2 items are in your cart
All add on washi will be sent with the current month subscription box - no additional shipping charges will apply ♥
If you are a RECURRING subscriber, please go to your customer portal and click 'add product' to your existing subscription. Choose the 5mm washi tape subscription box add on (recurring) product. You will be billed for the subscription + the add on the normal charge date - the 17th of the month. You have until the 16th to add the product to your subscription. Once this date passes, if you add the product to your subscription (and if you already have been billed), the 5mm add on will apply to your next subscription box.
1. Login to your account and click on the "My account" at the top of the page
2. Click on "Manage Subscriptions" to access your subscription dashboard
3. Select "add product" button
4. Select "5mm washi ADD ON" product
5. Make sure address is correct and date chosen is current month date. If all correct, select "Add product"
6. Product should be added - you can check on your dashboard to make sure it is correct! You will be autocharged for the sub + add on product on the 17th of the month!
Subscription Policy / Terms & Conditions
Please note you are signing up for a **subscription service** which means billing will occur automatically every month. For new box subscribers, the add on will be charged with the subscription box on the day ordered. All future billing will occur on the 17th of every month and the box PLUS add on will ship around the last week of every month. In the event of an unforeseen delay, subscribers will be notified.
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree and acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment charge at the then-current subscription rate and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, including where applicable any charges processed by simply gilded after the expiration date of your payment card.
Cancellation of same month subscription add on will be allowed up to the 14th of the month. Any cancellations after this date will not be processed and will apply to the next billing cycle (next month). To cancel your 5mm subscription, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
The Add on and subscription boxes are not guaranteed for subscribers who have late/delayed payments. If you are having an issue with your payment after the 17th, please contact support at email@example.com immediately for assistance.
All customers are responsible for their own address updates and changes. However, if you change your address AFTER the 17th of the month when orders are created OR after your initial payment and order placement, you MUST contact customer support before shipping begins to ensure change has been made. Simply gilded is not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address if customer does not notify customer support. Address changes after order placement are never guaranteed. If payment cannot be obtained, the subscription box and/or add ons will not ship and will not be reserved for subscriber if no response or update in payment after 3 attempts.
