Updates -December 12th, 2018

December subscription box enrollment starts TODAY at 11am CT.   If you wish to add the 5mm add on subscription, please make sure to have in cart with your box and check out at the same time.  (instructions here)  Also, please make sure there are NO other items in your cart during checkout.  All regular shop items have been removed from the shop and will return on Saturday.  

Please note the USPS is experiencing some slowdowns affecting US mail throughout.  Please be aware that once packages leave our facility, we no longer have control of the mail system from this point.  If you have any questions regarding status of an in-transit package, please contact your local US post office for additional information.  (The scanning in of packages has been inconsistent, so orders that still might be showing 'preshipment' may actually be in transit)  

HOLIDAY PRESALE orders have been shipped out - all orders were picked up by our mail carrier yesterday.  You should see tracking by end of week at the latest.  (IF scanned in properly by the post office!)  

CYBER MONDAY orders will begin processing this week and should ship by the 22nd at the latest.  (hopefully earlier)  

New releases will take place on 12/21 (pushed back once more) to allow for complete fulfillment of orders in queue.  Thank you for understanding.  

Processing time is currently 2-4 weeks on regular shop items.
